In these sessions, clients will develop an understanding of horses while having the opportunity to build frienships.
Things you can expect to do during these sessions include the following:

Horsemanship Course
After gaining an understanding of basic horse care through our Basic Course, our clients will be invited to begin learning how to handle horses on lead. This is where you move into a more hands-on approach horse care, developing skills such as pressure and release, as well as how to walk, trot and halt. You will discover how to use your body language to communicate clearly and effectively with your horse.

Showmanship Course
In these classes, we begin learning how to show miniature horses! These classes work toward presentation, body position and various workouts for judges to assess your capability. We work on our horsemanship, showmanship and begin prepping to go to horse shows. This class heavily focuses on information about how to show prep the miniatures for showing and show ring ediquette

Performance Course
In these sessions we finally get to begin using obstacles! We learn about the various performance classes that miniature horses compete in: Trail, Hunter and Lunge Line. We also introduce various Equestrian with Disability novelty classes in this course! This course allows our clients to implement the knowledge learnt about body language and miniature horse showing from your previous sessions.

Jumper Course
Learn how to control your miniature horse in a fast paced enviroment. Show jumping is a bold and demanding discipline that calls for control, accuracy, and flowing, well-planned lines! Learn about the classes; Show jumping, Fault n Out and Six Bar! These sessions focus on safely handling show jumping courses as a partner with your horse.
